WWE Smackdown’s new GM is…*drum roll*…Booker T. Out comes our new General Manager. Cole starts sucking up to his new boss, saying that he can’t do a worse job than Teddy. Booker T wants to think Vince and the Board of Directors. He’s about to announce his first act as the GM, but he’s interrupted by Alberto Del Rio.
He congratulates Booker on his new job. He hopes Booker enjoys working with him because he’ll become the new World Heavyweight Champion at Summerslam. Booker interrupts him and scolds him for coming out here and sucking up, tells him that he’s going to have to do better than that. He remembers his remarks on RAW about not competing until the PPV and how Sheamus is beneath him. Del Rio says Sheamus is indeed beneath him – he’s a peasant and a Hooligan, while Del Rio has the blood of champions and is destined for greatness. Out comes Sheamus. He gives Booker his congratulations and says he actually means it unlike Del Rio. He tells Alberto he is proud of where he came from and who he is. He won’t be taking 3 weeks off. Booker says they both have matches tonight, but Del Rio has none of it and is still bent on not competing. Booker reminds him he’s the boss, he’s the boss, he’s the boss and Del Rio will compete tonight. Del Rio’s opponent is Randy Orton. Del Rio doesn’t like that one bit as Booker tells him to go get suited up. Booker introduces Sheamus opponent and the match is next.
Match 1: Sheamus vs Lord Tensai.
Sheamus wins the very competitive match via pinfall after a Brogue Kick.
Eve is backstage trying to get a spot on the staff. Along comes Teddy and congratulates Booker. Booker wants to offer him a job on his staff as senior advisor. Teddy takes it. Booker tells Eve all the job openings are filled and asks Teddy to show her out. Eve gets pissed off and and gets out herself.

Match 2: Santino Marella vs Antonio Cesaro
Antonio gets the win with the Neutralizer (Belly to back inverted cradle mat slam)
Daniel Bryan is backstage with Matt Stryker and we see footage from RAW of Bryan’s temper tantrums and psychiatric evaluation. Stryker asks Bryan for comments and he says no. The camera zooms out to show that Bryan’s shirt now reads No No No. He doesn’t want to see anyone in the WWE Universe chant Yes anymore. It’s his catchphrase and he’s the only one who gets to say it. The audience chants Yes and Bryan gets even more pissed off. He says he doesn’t need another psychiatric evaluation from some hack doctor and starts yelling No.
Match 3: Chris Jericho, Daniel Bryan and Kane vs Dolph Ziggler, The Miz and Daniel Bryan
Miz, Ziggler and Bryan get the win when Jericho has Bryan in the Walls, Codebreaks Ziggler as he tries to break it up and gets rolled up by Bryan.
The crowd starts chanting Yes and Bryan gets furious again. He gets right into a fan’s face and starts yelling No as the fan chants Yes.
Striker is backstage with Randy Orton, asking him how it feels to be back. Randy says every moment away from RAW and Smackdown is like having the breath sucked out of his lungs. He’s glad to be back and doesn’t plan on going away any time soon. Del Rio is the number one contender because he hasn’t faced him, so tonight he plans on giving the WWE Universe what they’ve been dying to see – Del Rio getting RKO’d.
Jinder Mahal comes out for his next match, followed by Ryback. A video box with Ryback finally speaking plays during his entrance. He believes in the one law of the jungle – eat or be eaten. He’s in the WWE and everywhere he goes, he sees food.

In comes Cody and gives him mock congratulations, saying he’s glad that he can find a purpose at his age and hopes that Cody ending his career won’t affect the working environment. Booker books Cody into a match against Sin Cara next week.
Main Event: Randy Orton vs Alberto Del Rio.
Orton wins by DQ after an interference by Ricardo.
After the match, Del Rio tries to get Orton into an armbar, but gets dropkicked out of the ring. Sheamus shows up and tosses him back in for an RKO. This gets a huge pop as WWE Smackdown goes off the air.
